We do not accept male clients at the moment. Please note that your hair could take extra hours. Hours would vary from client to client depending on hair texture and volume. Crucial Timing

Please ensure you arrive on time for your appointment.
You must cancel 72 hours before your appointment for your deposit to count for a future appointment.
As a courtesy, please notify us of any cancellations at least 48 hours in advance.
Same-day style change is not permitted. Any changes to the style must be made at least 48 hours in advance.

Payments

A minimum deposit of $40 is required when booking, with higher deposits for selected premium styles. All deposits will be applied to the final cost of your style.
Final payments are made via cash (preferred), Zelle or cash app.
Deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable unless the studio needs to reschedule or cancel.
Emergency squeeze-in would require an additional charge of $30

Guest are not allowed at the appointment. Please reach out to us if exceptions can be made for you.
Synthetic braiding hair extension is available and included in the price charge. While the human hair product is available on request.

Hair Guidelines

Hair must be clean, detangled, blow dried from root to tips and products free no more than 3 days.
Hair must be at least 3 inches longer.
Kindly inform us of your hair and scalp condition such as baldness, or breakage (send a pic reference if possible).
Kindly inform us of any allergies to braiding hair or products.

Delay Policies

We will allow a maximum of 15 minutes grace period.
Your deposit will be forfeited #for a no-call, no-show appointment.
