Takedown Service involves careful removal of braids, extensions, or protective styles to prevent damage and minimize breakage.
Wash service involves gently cleansing the scalp and hair, removing buildup, oil, and impurities. This service includes shampooing, conditioning, and a relaxing scalp massage to leave your hair clean, soft, and ready for styling.
Blow-dry Service uses heat and styling techniques to dry, smooth, and stretch the hair, leaving it soft and ready for styling.
Please ensure you arrive on time for your appointment.
You must cancel 72 hours before your appointment for your deposit to count for a future appointment.
As a courtesy, please notify us of any cancellations at least 48 hours in advance. Same-day style change is not permitted.

Payments
A minimum deposit of $55 on Synthetic Hair Extension options and $75 on Human Hair Extension options is required when booking. All deposits will be applied to the final cost of your style.
Final payments are made via cash, Card, Zelle, or Cash App.
Deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable unless the studio needs to reschedule or cancel.
Emergency squeeze-in would require an additional charge of $30

Synthetic braiding hair extension is available and included in the price charge. While the human hair product is available on request.
Hair Guidelines
Hair must be clean, detangled, blow-dried from root to tips, and product-free.
(The Salon also offers Wash and Blow-dry service).
Hair must be at least 3 inches long.
Kindly inform us of your hair and scalp condition such as baldness, or breakage (send a pic reference if possible).
Kindly inform us of any allergies to braiding hair or products.
Health and Safety
Clients must disclose scalp conditions, allergies, or sensitivities before service. Monarch Beauty reserves the right to refuse service if a condition may be aggravated by tension-based styling.
Delay Policies
We will allow a maximum of 15 minutes grace period.
Your deposit will be forfeited
